1. ORDER
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you are not be able to make any changes to your order. Please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. No refunds/exchanges will be allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice for reasons such as:
- Payment is not completed and notified to us within 48hrs / 2 days from the issue of the order.
- Product ordered is no longer available in stock
We are unable to obtain authorization of payment
and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity


In any of these cases, you will be informed accordingly. Reimbursement will be made if you’ve already made the payment. Goods are subject to availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

2. DELIVERY
Orders shall be shipped within 1-2 working days upon payment verification. Parcel send out days fall on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded. You will be notified once parcel is ready to ship out.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make the effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. Do give allowance to some differences in colours/shades due to surrounded lightings. The actual colours you see will also depend on your monitor; hence they may differ from products received.

We take the measurements as accurately as possible. Measurements is taken manually do allow 1-3 cm difference. We recommend to refer on size chart provided.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

4. BACKORDERS
Backorder items take tentatively 3-4 weeks to arrive from date of payment verification; unless otherwise stated. Arrival may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (shipment delays etc). Date of arrival is updated on the product information page. Chillins reserves the right to amend the date of arrival without prior notice.
No refunds will be provided for delayed shipments unless backorder is cancelled.

5. EXCHANGE / RETURNS 
Due to hygiene concerns, no exchange / refund will be made for product that does not fit on size or not deemed defective, please do confirm your order and inspect it upon delivery. Any order that exceed the stated time frame will not be accepted. Chillins puts full effort to ensure all products are checked and packed well before shipped.

However, if you have received a defective product unfortunately:
Defects have to be notified to us within 5 days from parcel shown delivered date.
Instructions will be given as to how to proceed with the return.

Returned item must be brand new/in the original state unworn, unwashed & not smell of deodorant /perfume/ washing powder, otherwise an exchange/refund will be ignored and returned item will be sent back within 3 working days.
