退款政策

You may exchange your order within 3 days (counted from parcel shown delivered date based on courier company tracking link) in original condition only If you have received incorrect, defective or damaged product with your purchase. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, must not be soiled, with tags and its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase upon request if needed.

Exchange request that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Chillins does not provide any return/refund once order has been made.
