What is the shipping cost?

Chillins provides shipping services within:

West Malaysia (WM)

RM9.00

** We provide FREE SHIPPING for WM on order above RM200.

East Malaysia (EM)

RM18.00

** We provide FREE SHIPPING for EM on order above RM350.

Singapore (SG)

RM36 (First 2kg）

** We provide FREE SHIPPING for SG on order above RM600.

 

Please note that: Free shipping deals may varies during specific sales or promotion period.

 

Where to check my tracking number?

We use SPX to deliver within West Malaysia (WM) and East Malaysia (EM).

For Singapore‘s order will be Aramex in default.

When will my parcel arrive?

You should be able to receive your parcel within 1 ~ 4 days (WM) , 5 - 7 days (EM & Singapore) after payment received and verified.

** Please note that may takes longer during festive month, public holidays or sales promotion etc.
